Cool american stuff that can’t be found in europe?

hi, i am living in the united states here and i am looking foor a nice gift to bring back to my friends. i got so used to the stuff here that i don’t remember anymore what we have or not in europe. so i want to ask, what would you bring back that for sure can not be found over there? the only thing i could come up with are those rubber bands animal shaped bracelets… thanks for the help and ten point for the best
haha guys trust me in italy very few things arrived. the only franchise we have is mcdonalds. no starbucks, no taco bell, no subways, no nothing! we have coke, but forget about the flavored one! haha and sorry but lady gaga has italian origins haha
