Earrings Turn Ears Green

What type of earrings should I buy so my ears won’t turn green?
I bought the sensitive solutions type at Claires but it still didn’t help.
Pretty much all earrings at Claires have a relatively high nickel content, you’re probably best off wearing real body jewelery made of stainless steel or titanium, or for fancier styles, real gold or silver, but watch out for whether it’s actually gold/silver or just plated.
