Help for the Winter Ball.?

I’m in my second year of high school and I’m going to go to the Winter Ball in a couple weeks. I have two dresses in mind but I cant decide between the two. Can you choose which one you like better and give me suggestions of shoes and jewelry to wear? Please and Thank you

Out if those 2 dresses I would definitely recommend the first. The sweet-heart neckline is always flattering and the mesh across the waist is different (in a good way)

The pattern on the second dress has 2 problems. 1) The colour often is very bad with quite a few different skin types/colours. 2) The pattern doesn’t seem suitable for the occasion (even though I know the event isn’t too formal.

I just wanted to ask you if you have thought about the length of the dress? It is really short (even though the dress is gorgeous.) Is this something that most people would wear to the ball? Or is the name “Winter Ball” that is a bit misleading? Think about it.

If you are deciding between the 2 dresses, the first one would be much nicer than the second one.

Black shoes would probably go the best because of all the different colours in the dress. The shoes should be acting as the base colour and base part of the outfit, (holding everything together.) If you want to wear heels that would be lovely. Otherwise, I’m sure flats or sandals would work as well. Jewelry: Don’t have to much jewellery on your neck. A simple chain possibly but otherwise don’t, the neckline has a lot going on already. Piled up bracelets would look amazing and some nice earrings.
