Jewelry for Beginners?

I'm doing jewelry to match (Victorian, custom silver, etc.) for me and wants to know where to start? What games or books for a beginner need?

I started using the toolkit and results. Both are important because they need nails, hooks, rings, etc., to jewelry and tools to do so. Tool that proved necessary, it is a good small needle pliers I had a very tough statement. Another is the magnifying glass which has alligator clips for hands-free workplace. (Ironically, I found these two articles to Radio Shack and Harbor Freight). Michael Craft Trade has some very fine books on the basis I started with basic grains and son working the book to show me the mechanical image.
